Over the course of the last 12 years working in the Direct Selling and Network Marketing field, I have found my Passion!   I found what I truly loved doing was helping people to realize their potential in Life and Business, in turn working with them as they climb the ladder of success.

I recieved my Professional Coaching certification through iPEC in 2007.

I am also a member of the International Coach Federation.

How It All Got Started: 

In 1996 I attended a "home party" for a Direct Selling company .    Having 3 young children at home I just wanted to get out of the house and have an adult conversation .   I honestly had ZERO confidence in my sales/business ability.   Earning company recognition, building a downline, earning top sales and recruiting honors,  getting my picture in the national catalog and even earning a company trip had absolutely no appeal for me.   I thought all those things were great for someone else, I knew I couldn't do it.

GUESS WHAT??

I WAS WRONG!! 

  I did all of that  and along the way KNEW that if I could do it, anyone else could  too.

The ripple affect of that one step, led me not only to genuine friendships and connections with people of all walks of life from all over the country, incredible learning opportunities, a tremendous boost in confidence and self-esteem, a positive example for my children to see that anything is possible no matter what your personal circumstances.

Who I Am:

I live on a cattle ranch in rural Montana with my husband and 4 children.   Some people call it the middle of nowhere . ...... :)

People often mistake me for "a stay at home mom".    What I am is someone that has found balance among family, ranch activities, and my children's school & social activities, all while building a home based business.

How did I do it?  Somewhere along the way I found the power within myself  to  create the life I want.
