The typical coaching partnership runs for 12 weeks.   This generally takes place over the phone,(other options are available) 30 minutes, once a week, scheduled at your convenience.  The initial session runs 40-50 minutes. You may begin to feel and see results after just a few sessions, however, It has been found that 12 weeks is the time frame which produces sustaining results.
